This program is a personal relationship between an experienced professional and a student. The mentor shares their knowledge and experiences with their mentee (who is interested in the mentor’s profession) for professional progression. The communication between them is flexible, unconstrained, and depends on the partner's opportunities and needs. We suggest a minimum of 3 meetings monthly, but the contact mode is optional. Personal contact is not necessary, the meeting can be held via the Internet or mobile phone.

 How can you register?

• Sign up to uniszegedalumni.com
• When you register, mark that you „need help”
• Join to „Alumni mentorprogram” group

How can you find a mentor?

• Next to the mentors' profile picture, there is an „I can help” sign
• „Mentor hunting”: Nomenclature/Mentors/Filters: Mentoring, Suggested mentors

How can you contact mentors?

• Send the chosen mentor’s name to the program coordinator
• The coordinator makes the connection between the alumni mentor–mentee on the website. You only need to accept the request: the mentor can accept or deny it;
• There are no consequences of the rejection, we will keep searching for a mentor;
• In the case of exception, the milestones will appear on the contact management page. With the milestones you can do the documentation about the cooperation and the system will send a warning. 

1. Arranged mentoring sessions with the regularity and conditions agreed by the mentor and the student - at least 2-3 times a month, can be online or in person.
2. Tick off Milestones during the process, (Mentoring>Mentoring Relationships>Active>Collaboration Manager) OR keeping a mentoring journal
3. In case of any problem or question, let the program coordinator know immediately so that she can help!

1. Sending a report to the program coordinator in which the applicants express their personal opinions about their experience; approximately 1 page in length, delivered in electronic form, but authenticated with a signature at the end of the program
2. Mentoring diary, which contains a brief description, dates and locations of the mentoring activities that took place during the program; delivered in electronic form, authenticated by the mentor and the mentee. Send this to the SZTE Alma Mater at the end of the program, OR tick off the Milestones online:

4. Confirmation of course completion, distribution of certificates
