This program is a personal relationship between an experienced professional and a student. The mentor shares their knowledge and experiences with their mentee (who is interested in the mentor’s profession) for professional progression. The communication between them is flexible, unconstrained, and depends on the partner's opportunities and needs. We suggest a minimum of 3 meetings monthly, but the contact mode is optional. Personal contact is not necessary, the meeting can be held via the Internet or mobile phone. The setting and administration of the Alumni Mentoring Program from Sept 2020 moved to the website of the SZTE Alma Mater.
Start - until 22 September

How can you find a mentor?

How can you contact mentors?
- Send the chosen mentor’s name to the program coordinator
- The coordinator makes the connection between the alumni mentor–mentee on the website. You only need to accept the request: the mentor can accept or deny it;
- There are no consequences of the rejection, we will keep searching for a mentor;
- In the case of exception, the milestones will appear on the contact management page. With the milestones you can do the documentation about the cooperation and the system will send a warning.
