To apply, all you have to do is register on www.uniszegedalumni.com and check the options "I undertake mentoring" (for mentors) or "I'm looking for a mentor" (for mentees), and you can already browse the users who are open to mentoring that suits you best. between. This can be changed at any time later in the profile settings, or you can ask the help of the program coordinator.
SZTE Alma Mater Alumni Mentoring Program is an internationally outstanding mentoring program, within the framework of which current students of the University of Szeged are supported in professional matters and in finding employment on the labor market by successful professionals who graduated from the university. The program started in the spring of 2014, since then 736 successful mentoring collaborations have taken place, with 91% satisfaction feedback. The administration and framework of the program is implemented with the help of the website www.uniszegedalumni.com, making it increasingly professional and easy for mentors and students to find each other.
Currently, more than 1,300 mentors are waiting for students to apply.

The relationship between the mentor and the mentee is flexible and informal, based on the agreement of the two parties and depends on the possibilities and needs of the parties. Within the framework of the program, a minimum of two to three contacts per month is recommended, but the content and method of contact can be adjusted freely, it can be personal or online: e-mail, online meetings, telephone, etc.
