Make the SZTE’s 100th anniversary memorable with with 100 minutes long training!
Exercise at least 30 minutes at a time, at least, 100 minutes a week in the open air for your health!
The goal of the challenge:
- the establishment of regular movement in nature/ increase time spent outdoors
- promoting a healthy lifestyle by involving as many university citizens as possible
- Reaching 100 hours by summing up the active minutes of the participants. Reaching 100 hours, we will plant a special tree in the SZTE’s Botanical garden and we contribute to the renewal of the Rose Garden to make our environment more beautiful, in honor of the centenary SZTE Move out!/”Every minutes counts!”/
What type of movement can be used to collect minutes?
- walking/hiking
- running
- cycling
- Others: swimming or self-propelled water sports equipment
Who can participate in the challange?
- Every SZTE citizen: students, alumni, emlpoyee
What you need to do?
- Register to the new website of the SZTE Alma Mater: uniszegedalumni.com (Register via LinkedIn or Facebook profile is faster)
Wait for your veritifacion and then find the „SZTE Move out” group and join to it!
- Download one application (Endomondo, STRAVA, Nike Run, Sport Tracker) or use what you always use.
- Choose a movement form!
- Start the application and after the exercise, stop it and save it!
- Upload to the screenshots to the uniszegedalumni website each week, to the SZTE 100- Move out! group in one post and write it there how many minutes you exercised on that week in each category (by walking, running, cycling, swimming, or in other type of movement) and don’t forget to write which faculty or university unit you offer your active minutes!
Uploading: every weekends, beetween Saturday 6:00 am and Monday 12:00 pm, until 30th May 2022!
Each week you can collect the minutes with different types of exercises. Additional mood images and creative routes are highlighted separately, so go for it!
- Verify that the data returned by the organisers is correct.

- The three most time-consuming female and male participants
- The three most minute running female and male participants
- The three most munites walking female and male participants

Announcement of results and draw at the SZTE Sports Centre at the Alma Mater Weekend (Fb event link) on 11th June 2022 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm.
